Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Project Drum SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Project Drum is a private, invite-only SMS messaging program. Messages may include operational updates, coordination information, and program-related communications sent to enrolled participants.

2. Eligibility

Participation is by invitation only. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number provided.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Project Drum at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency will vary.

Message & Data Rates May Apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

4. How to Opt Out (Cancel)

You may cancel your participation and stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

5. Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with program information and contact details.

6. Supported Carriers

Project Drum is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this program for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person, submit false information, or attempt to circumvent program security or carrier filtering.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Drum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or reliance upon the SMS program.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
